What sizes do you offer?

Olive et Oriel offers sizes A5, A4, A3, A2, 40 x 50cm, 50cm x 70cm, 60cm x 90cm, 70cm x 100cm, 100 x 130cm and 100 x150cm. Along with square sizes, 32 x 32cm, 50 x 50cm, 70 x 70cm, 90 x 90cm and 100 x 100cm.

Can you customise a print to fit my frame?

We sure can. Most of our prints can be altered to fit an exisiting frame, just get in contact with us prior to ordering so that we can discuss the size you're after.

Can you help me with selecting prints?

Absolutely! We love helping customers style their homes. Just email through a photo of the room(s) to ethan@oliveetoriel.com and we will mock you up some different looks so you can get a visual of our designs in your home.

Do your prints have a white border?

You have the option to add a white border to your print. This does not change the overall dimensions of your print. We recommend that you do not add on a white border if the frame you have at home already has a matt border insert. Olive et Oriel frames do not come with matt border insert, please select the white border option on our product to obtain this look.

Processing Your Order:
Please allow 24hrs (business days only) for processing, printing, and packaging of your print or poster order. Shipping times are additional to our 24hr processing time - please ensure you've read the shipping guidelines below & selected the correct shipping option for your needs.

Framing specifications

All frames are made from plantation grown, sustainable timber in either an oak, black or white finish. Selecting 'Frame It' will result in your art print arriving framed up with a kit, ready to hang! 

A5, A4, A3, A2, 40 x 50cm, 50cm x 70cm, 60cm x 90cm, 70cm x 100cm, 32 x 32cm, 50 x 50cm, 70 x 70cm frames are 20mm frontal frame and 30mm depth of frame.

90 x 90cm, 100 x 100cm, 100 x 130cm, 100 x150cm frames are 30mm frontal frame and 40mm depth of frame.

Acrylic
We use professional framing perspex (not glass) with excellent tolerances, far superior to glass with crystal clear transparency.

Frame finishing

Frames come with an instruction kit on how you will need to hang your frame for stability and safety, also included is a strong plastic coated wire and bump-ons which help to protect your wall when hanging. 

Framed prints do not come with a matt border insert. You are however able to have a white border around your image by selecting this option on your chosen design. 

Custom framing options are also available outside our normal sizing, and take 10 business days for production with further time for shipping. 

Shipping options:

Free standard (untracked) shipping is applicable on all (unframed) prints and posters, this is automatically applied at checkout and requires no minimum spend. If you have purchased any framing products along with any print(s)/poster(s) additional postal charges and times (mentioned above) will apply. Free standard (untracked) shipping within Australia takes on average 3-5 business days, with some states (WA, SA, NT) taking from 3-10 business days.

Express shipping within Australia generally takes anywhere from 1-3 business days.

International (untracked) shipping
 may take up to 20 business days, however your purchase may arrive sooner - pending any customs clearances within your local country. Please note these delays are completely out of our control. For all international shipping, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. Please note that we cannot give any indication on your local countries customs fees, this is governed by your local country and not by Olive et Oriel. International postage is in the form of untracked, regular air mail. We offer free standard shipping on prints, posters and decals, however this is only for the initial order. If an order is returned to Olive et Oriel due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto our customer to pay for the reshipment to occur. Orders cannot be cancelled at this point in time. Please double check you have entered the correct details below placing your order. 

International (tracked) shipping.
 
If you require international tracking for your artwork, please ensure tracked shipping is selected at checkout. Without doing so, Olive et Oriel does not take responsibility for, or trace your parcel, once it has left our care. 

 
Olive et Oriel is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by postal/shipping companies or customs.

How will my prints & posters be packaged?

All small prints come packaged with a clear plastic sleeve and thick backing board. They are shipped in a strong, flat rigid mailer. Please take care on opening the packaging not to damage your artwork.

All posters come packaged in a strong mailing tube, with the prints safely wrapped inside to stop any damages. 

Note: Small prints may be dispatched separately from posters, in a flat rigid envelop to avoid damaging their delicate nature.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We offer free standard (untracked) shipping worldwide on all prints and posters. All orders are dispatched from our Australian based design studio.

    Lost/stolen/tampered mail:

    Olive et Oriel does not take responsibility for damages caused to product by how the packaging is opened once it has reached the recipient. Olive et Oriel does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands - if you require tracking on your package within Australia, we suggest you select the express shipping option. If your item has been mis-handled, lost or incorrectly delivered by Australia Post - we will lodge a complaint for you and escalate the matter, Olive et Oriel does not replace or refund if third parties have incorrectly handled mail. If you receive a package which has been tampered with, please lodge a stolen goods report with your local law enforcement. Olive et Oriel is in no way responsible for lost, mis-handled or stolen goods. Signature upon delivery is not required.

    Returns/refunds

    Due to the nature of our product, Olive et Oriel does not offer refunds or exchanges on art prints, posters or frames. We do offer a 100% guarantee that the product will arrive in perfect condition or we will replace it pending the following; Proof of damages sustained to the external packaging, internal packaging and print/poster is required to be emailed to contact@oliveetoriel.com by means of photographs within 48hours of the item being received. After this time has lapsed, Olive et Oriel does not take responsibility for the products condition. Please ensure you open your package as soon as it is received, in order to check the condition of the design and packaging. Olive et Oriel does not take responsibility for damages caused to product(s) by how the packaging is opened by the recipient or damages caused by the recipient(s)/recipients property/mailbox.

    Discount Codes

    Olive et Oriel discount codes are applied in the right hand section of the checkout area on our website. Once you have entered the code, click ‘Apply' and it will be deducted from your order total. You will be able to check this underneath the item(s) as the discount value will have been removed and the price amended. Discount codes are on an individual basis and cannot be used in conjunction with multiple offers  

    You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it cannot be applied after you have completed checkout/at a later time. Refunds are not given if discount codes have not been entered at checkout.

    If you find that your promo code isn’t working then please check the below:

    • You can only use one discount/promo code per order. 
    • Discount/promo codes can not be used for gift vouchers.
    • As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.
    • Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The terms and conditions will state if the code can only be used in a certain country. If you’ve received the code in an email from Olive et Oriel then the code may also be locked to that email address.
