Shipping Policy


We are currently experiencing approx. 10 business day for processing orders. Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for order processing PLUS additional time for shipping. Shipping guides can be found here.

We are working as hard as we can to reduce this back to next day shipping, whilst not compromising our high quality standards.

We thank you for your understanding, and we know - Olive et Oriel art is definitely worth the wait!


Shipping Options

Free Standard (untracked) Shipping 

is applicable on all (unframed) prints and posters, this is automatically applied at checkout and requires no minimum spend. 
Australia: Free standard (untracked) shipping takes on average 5 business days, with some states (WA, SA, NT) and/or regional areas taking from 5-8 business days.
Rest of the World: Free standard (untracked) shipping may take up to 30 business days as it is sent via standard mail and not our express, tracked courier service. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient, if applicable. 

International EXPRESS tracked Shipping Times
Olive et Oriel's express, fully tracked service is sent using our International courier for the fastest, highest quality shipping of your framed and unframed art. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient, if applicable. 

Kindly note these are shipping times, not the processing and completion times for creating your artwork or wallpaper order.

If damages have been incurred during shipping - Olive et Oriel will replace the artwork at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48hrs if this has occurred.

Olive et Oriel offers free standard untracked shipping on unframed art prints, however this is only for the initial order. If an order is returned to Olive et Oriel due to an error in the customer entering incorrect mailing/address details, re-delivery fees are passed onto you, our customer for the reshipment to occur. Orders cannot be cancelled at this point in time. Please double check you have entered the correct details before placing your order. 

Olive et Oriel is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by third party shipping and courier companies or customs, we wish we could be however sadly these things are completely out of our control.
