Returns & Exchanges
If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please email email@example.com so we can get this sorted for you.
What are the basics?
You can return your item for an exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the new item is received back to Olive et Oriel in it’s original condition (we recommend using the same packaging we've sent your artwork out in).
Exchanges and returns are not applicable on sale items or trade/wholesale accounts. Once an item is exchange, we cannot return/exchange it again.
Returning your order:
When you return your order, just pop your returns note in the parcel with the following details marked on it:
- Your order number and name
- Which artwork you would like to exchange to.
- Size of new artwork (For all upgrades in sizing, we will issue an invoice for the difference)
- If you would like borders on your new artwork.
If you haven’t indicated on your returns note that you’d like an item exchanged or the new size or colour required, we will get in touch to confirm these details.
How does it work?
Olive et Oriel will pay for you to return your artwork to us however; we will issue an invoice for shipment of your replacement artwork back to you for all exchanges. If your artwork was damaged in transit, Olive et Oriel will take care of all costs in replacing your artwork including shipping.
We'll send you an email to let you know once we've received your return with the details of any store credits and exchanged item confirmation. Once your new artwork is ready, we’ll email you with your tracking information to your nominated email address.
Any exchanged items will be sent to the original delivery address using the same delivery service as your original order.
If we’ve refunded you for any price differences, the funds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank/card issuer.
