Returns & Exchanges
**COVID-19 UPDATE** - Unfortunately at this point in time, Olive et Oriel is unable to accept or offer returns on any and all orders (past or present).
New orders: Please ensure you are purchasing the correct size, colour and style of artwork or wallpaper for your space before placing your order.
Past orders: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns due to COVID-19.

What are the basics?
You can return your item for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your artwork - as long as the new item is received back to Olive et Oriel in it’s original condition (we strongly recommend using the same packaging we've sent your artwork out in - if artwork is received back damaged, no store credit will be issued. Returning artwork is at the risk of the purchaser). Only one exchange/return per order.
Please note that wallpaper and wall murals are unfortunately not liable for exchange or refund as they are custom made to your specific requirements.
How does it work?
When you return your order; Place your provided courier con-note onto the parcel with the following details clearly marked on it:
- Your order number and name
Olive et Oriel will cover costs to return your artwork to us (once per order, not per product ordered) however new postage costs will be associated with your 'store credit purchase' which you will be responsible for. If your artwork was damaged in transit, Olive et Oriel will take care of all costs in replacing your artwork including shipping.
We'll send you an email to let you know once we've received your return with the details of your store credit. Kindly remember that artwork must be received back to Olive et Oriel in perfect condition - this it is at the risk of the purchaser. We highly recommend using the same packaging you received your artwork in to return it to us.
What isn't covered?
- Exchanges and returns are not applicable on sale items or trade/wholesale accounts.
- Exchanges/returns are based on an original order, we understand that sometimes an incorrect size or style is chosen - so we allow a 'one-time' exchange. Once an item is exchanged, no further returns/exchanges are issued. (For example, when you use your store credit, no further exchanges are available - you cannot exchange the newly exchanged item you've purchased with the store credit).
- Shipping is non-refundable.
