Olive et Oriel offers a white border option on most artworks, these borders are not always the same size, please thoroughly review your art purchase before ordering. If your require custom size borders, please contact Customer Care.

Will choosing a white border make the design/photograph smaller?
YES. It will make your chosen artwork smaller to accommodate an unprinted white area around your chosen design - no part of the artwork will be cropped out. 

Is the white border made of cardboard?
NO. It is an unprinted area surrounding your chosen design. It is part of the poster.

Olive et Oriel framed artworks feature professional framing acrylic (not glass), despite being more expensive than glass, we’ve chosen to frame with acrylic as it offers crystal clear protection of your art and ensures a shatterproof transit to your home. Acrylic is a reflective surface, however not as reflective as perspex or glass.
