How Will My Purchase Be Packaged?
As standard with all orders, all A5, A4 and A3 individual orders will be securely packaged in a clear plastic sleeve with strong backing board to eliminate creasing. All poster sizes are rolled and protected with a clear plastic sleeve and placed into a strong mailing tube for protection. If you have ordered multiple sizes, from A5 to Poster sizes, these will be rolled together and protected with a clear plastic sleeve and placed into a strong mailing tube for protection.
MOEBE frames come packaged in a protective box, inside a tough mailing bag. MOEBE pinch clips are package in bubble wrap and may be shipped separately from any prints/posters you may have ordered.
Yes! Free standard (untracked) shipping is applicable on all prints, posters and decals (only), this is automatically applied at checkout and requires no minimum spend. If you have purchased any Moebe products along with any print(s)/poster(s)/decal(s) - additional postal charges will apply.
Free standard (untracked) shipping within Australia takes on average 3-5 business days, with some states (WA, SA, NT) taking from 3-10 business days. International shipping may take up to 30 business day however, your purchase may arrive sooner - pending customs clearances.
For all international shipping, the customer is responsible for all customs/duties fees, if applicable. 'Free Shipping Worldwide' is in the form of International postage with 'free standard untracked, regular air mail'. Due to customs clearances and other delays which are out of our control, please allow up to 30 business days (not including weekends or public holidays) for your order to arrive. If you require tracking for your parcel, please contact us directly before purchase to obtain an accurate shipping quote. Without doing so, Olive et Oriel does not take responsibility for, or trace your parcel, once it has left our care.
Olive et Oriel is not responsible for shipping delays incurred by postal/shipping companies.
All poster orders are automatically upgraded to Express Shipping within Australia. Express shipping for A5, A4 and A3 sizes both domestically, within Australia and Internationally incurs an additional cost to the customer. Express Shipping internationally does not come with tracking - if you require tracking, please contact us before placing your order.
MOEBE Product(s) Shipping
MOEBE product(s) shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the size of frame/clip purchased and your location. Standard Moebe product(s) shipping domestically, within Australia includes tracking. Outside of Australia, MOEBE product(s) orders are charged at $35.00AUD for standard, untracked air mail. If you have purchased any prints and a frame/clip, shipping charges will apply - free standard shipping is applicable only when purchasing prints, posters or decals by themselves.
What If I Entered The Wrong Address?
We offer free standard (untracked) shipping on prints, posters and decals, however this is only for the initial order. If an order is returned to Olive et Oriel due to an error in the customer entering the mailing/address details, it is then passed onto our customer to pay for the reshipment to occur. Please double check you have entered the correct details below placing your order.

Olive et Oriel does not offer refunds or exchanges on printed orders, however, we do offer a 100% guarantee that the product will arrive in perfect condition or we will replace it pending the following; Proof of damages sustained to the external packaging, internal packaging and print/poster is required to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by means of photographs within 48hours of the item being received. Olive et Oriel does not take responsibility for damages caused to product(s) by how the packaging is opened by the recipient or damages caused by the recipient(s)/recipients property/mailbox.
Lost/Stolen or Tampered Mail
Olive et Oriel does not take responsibility for damages caused to product by how the packaging is opened once it has reached the recipient. Olive et Oriel does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands - if you require tracking on your package within Australia, we suggest you select the express shipping option. If you receive a package which has been tampered with (anywhere in the world/internationally and/or within Australia), please lodge a stolen goods report with your local law enforcement. Olive et Oriel is in no way responsible for stolen goods. Signature upon delivery is not required.
Olive et Oriel discount codes are applied in the right hand section of the checkout area on our website. Once you have entered the code, click ‘Apply' and it will be deducted from your order total. You will be able to check this underneath the item(s) as the discount value will have been removed and the price amended.
You must enter the discount/promo code when you are checking out as it cannot be applied after you have completed checkout/at a later time. Refunds are not given if discount codes have not been entered at checkout.
If you find that your promo code isn’t working then please check the below:
- You can only use one discount/promo code per order.
- Discount/promo codes can not be used for gift vouchers.
- As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and the majority of codes will have an expiry date. You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website.
- Some codes will only work for specific people or for specific countries. The terms and conditions will state if the code can only be used in a certain country. If you’ve received the code in an email from Olive et Oriel then the code may also be locked to that email address.
