Olive et Oriel does not offer further discounts on sale products, or already reduced/discounted items or promotional offers - VIP trade pricing is applicable only to full priced product. Price increases may occur from time to time, without notification.
Olive et Oriel does not accept returns or exchanges based on changes of mind or incorrect product selection. Given the nature of our products; wallpaper and custom made artworks with natural timber elements, their imperfections are to be expected and celebrated and are not an applicable reason for return.
Payments are due at checkout online at oliveetoriel.com via credit card (VISA and Mastercard), AfterPay, Apple Pay. Direct deposit may be available at the discretion of Olive et Oriel. Olive et Oriel will never request credit card details to be provided by email. We kindly request that all credit card details be provided by telephone or online orders via oliveetoriel.com only.
Cancellations must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org; verbal cancellations cannot be accepted. Framed Art & Wallpaper cannot be cancelled once ordered. No product can be cancelled once dispatched.
Claims on faulty and damaged goods must be lodged within 7 days from receipt of goods.
To claim under the Australian consumer guarantee, you must:

You must include photos of the fault/damage for inspection/assessment, along with the respective order number. Olive et Oriel will assess the claim to determine the nature of the issue and a remedy will be made available to you within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends or public holidays). You will be advised if the product is to be returned, or if you do not have a valid claim. If you are requested to return the product to Olive et Oriel for inspection/repair, you will need to package the product in the same packaging it arrived, including all protective padding and sealed for safe transportation.
Olive et Oriel will arrange for the collection of any goods if required.
Olive et Oriel reserves the right to disable and close trading accounts. In this instance, you will be notified immediately through your registered email. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
- Improper trading practice
- You do not have the right to sell Olive et Oriel products directly to the public and or on-sell Olive et Oriel products without prior written consent from senior management.
- Account inactivity: If your account has not been used for 90 days it will be deemed inactive, you will need to reapply for access
- A history of continued late payments
- Providing us with false or misleading information

VIP orders will be escalated for same-day shipping if they are placed before 12pm Monday - Friday. Whilst our team escalate, print, frame and ship your order within the above controlled time frame -unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and times.
As such, Olive et Oriel is not liable for any missed deadlines, events or required timeframes and take no responsibility for delays caused by couriers, shipping agents or other events beyond our internal control.
